We are continuing to strengthen our team at FLO in Sollihøgda and are now looking for a new colleagues to join our Filling & Packaging department as Production Operators.

The role involves working day shifts (06:00–14:00), evening shifts (14:00–22:00), or night shifts (22:00–06:00). Please note that the shift schedule may be changed.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment preparation: Prepare and set up machinery and production equipment before start-up

• Packing and labelling: Pack and label finished products in accordance with regulations and customer requirements (both automated and manual processes)

• Quality control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications

• Cleaning and maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment

• Inventory management: Use warehouse systems, scan goods in and out, perform stock counts, and report discrepancies

• Compliance: Follow health, safety, and industry regulations related to production and bottling

• Collaboration: Work closely with operators, quality personnel, and logistics teams to ensure efficient production flow

Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience from food production, bottling, or production lines is an advantage

• A forklift license is a plus, but not required

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and responsible

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and instructions

• Technical understanding and interest are highly valued
